Intro-Culinary Classes continue Chapter 11 discussing nutrition. Monday they will outline section 11.3. Tuesday we will take notes and do a crossword puzzle regarding culinary principles. Wednesday we will review chapter 11 for the test on Friday. Thursday students will prepare pancakes. Have a great week and don't forget our Friday assessment.
