Week of Jan 25-29
Monday- Intro Culinary Classes will review Chapter 12
Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will Finish review, questions and hand back work. Advanced Culinary classes will clean the kitchen and put away stock as well as prep specials
Wednesday-Finals 1st and 4th hours
Thursday-Finals 2nd and 5th hours
Friday-Finals 3rd and 6th hours
