advanced Classes will clean and prep in the dragon cafe.
Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will quiz CH 15 section 1 and 2
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the kitchen and put away stock as well as prep specials
Wednesday-Intro-Culinary classes will complete study guide for chapter 15.3 and notes
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe -developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Thursday-Intro-Culinary will make hamburger casserole
Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Friday-Intro-Culinary will quiz on section 15.1 and begin 15.2 with notes
