Monday- Intro-Culinary Classes will do CH 19.1 CW and WS
Advanced Classes will clean and prep in the Dragon Cafe.
Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will complete 19.1 foldable
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the kitchen and put away stock as well as prep specials
Wednesday-Intro-culinary classes will quiz 19.1 and start 19.2
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the Dragon Cafe as well as developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Thursday-Intro-Culinary will make mayonaise to put on sandwich
Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Friday-Intro-Culinary will make grilled ahm and cheese w/fresh mayo
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
