Recipes, notes and WS
Advanced Culinary classes will review fire safety and clean kitchen
Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will continue 13.1with a crossword and WS activity
Advanced-Culinary classes will prep stations and specials for service.
Wednesday-Intro-Culinary classes will complete study guide for chapter 13.1 and take a short quiz
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe -developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Thursday-Intro-Culinary classes will do section 13.2 recipe conversion activity
Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Friday-Intro- Culinary classes will take notes on 13.2 and do a CW
