Intro culinary classes will be earning recipe fundamentals. 13.1 in their text book talks about standardized recipes.
Monday we will do a work sheet regarding the reasons standardized recipes are used
Tuesday we will break down the parts of a recipe
Wednesday- cooking lab= Grilled ham and cheese
Thursday is a half-day- crossword review
Friday- Quiz on section 13.1 and outline 13.2
Advanced Culinary classes will continue all aspects of restaurant operation through continued development of skills and practice in the Dragon Cafe
