Oct 12-16

Monday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes will have a study guide for section 8.1& 8.2
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will continue review sanitation practices as well as prepare specials and soup for production

Tuesday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes will have a Quiz on 8.1& 8.2
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will prep stations and specials for service.

Wednesday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes Start section 8.3 with notes and worksheet
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe -developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production

Thursday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes- Cooking- French Toast
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production

Friday-

  • Intro- Culinary classes will receive study guide Ch 8
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production.
