10-26 to 10-30

Monday-
  • Intro-Culinary classes will be given CH 9 Review forr test on Wednesday
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will continue review sanitation practices as well as prepare specials and soup for production

Tuesday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes will do a equipment activity in the Dragon Cafe
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will prep stations and specials for service. We will also begin redecorating the Dragon Cafe

Wednesday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes classes will Test CH 9
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe -developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production

Thursday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes will Cook Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production

Friday-

  • Intro- Culinary classes will be introduced to CH 10 Knives and Smallwares (1/2 Day)
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production.
