For the week of 5-18 to 5-22
Intro to culinary arts classes will begin reviewing for their final exam
Monday: CH 11
Tuesday: CH 12
Wednesday: CH 13
Thursday: CH 14
Friday: CH 15
Advanced culinary classes continue to experience all aspects of restaurant work. Students have begun their final exams- a demonstration of their knowledge through practical application. Small groups are producing menus and invitations and preparing a three course meals for teachers of their choosing.

Advanced Culinary Arts
Students have begun preparing a menu and invitation in order to present their culinary development to a third party. We are also continuing the production in the Dragon Cafe.
