For the week of Feb. 16-20 the intro culinary arts classes will begin study on menu composition.
- Tuesday we will take notes on section 12.1 which explores types of menus and their applications as well as doing a worksheet from this section.
- Wednesday is a half day and we will be working on a definitions crossword for section 12.1
- Thursday we will be making french toast our third breakfast item- so far we have made omelettes and pancakes
- Friday we will be taking a quiz on section 12.1 and outlining section 12.2 in our book regarding menu planning.
