For the Week of 9-21 to 9-25
Monday-
  • Intro-Culinary classes will be taking a test on CH 6 Standards, Regulations and Laws. it will consist of approximately 40 questions, multiple choice, matching, and limited response.
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will review sanitation practices.

Tuesday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes will begin chapter 7 safety and sanitation. 7.1 notes and a short crossword puzzle
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will prep stations and specials for service. We will also begin discussing redecorating the Dragon Cafe

Wednesday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes classes will continue section 7.1 with a work sheet and short video regarding safety
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe -developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production

Thursday-

  • Intro-Culinary classes will take a short quiz on section 7.1 and begin 7.2 with note taking and a short activity
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production

Friday-

  • Intro- Culinary classes will continue section 7.2 by researching recent incidence of food born illness outbreaks and writing a short synopsis of the article they found.
  • Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon CafĂ©- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production.
