Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will test on ch 14 and review ch 6
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the kitchen and put away stock as well as prep specials
Wednesday-Intro-Culinary classes will complete study guide for chapter 7 Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe -developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Thursday-Intro-Culinary review ch 8
Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
Friday-Intro- Culinary review ch9
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
