This week in the intro-culinary classes we will be working on CH 11 Nutrition. Tuesday we will be taking notes on 11.1 as well as doing a crossword puzzle. Wednesday we will be exploring more about nutrients. Thursday will include CH 11.1 study guide and we will end the week with an assessment of section 11.1
All advanced classes will continue to produce, create, and manage the Dragon Cafe for our customers pleasure.
