Monday- Intro-Culinary Classes will review ch 17 Breakfast Cookery
Advanced Classes will clean and prep in the dragon cafe.
Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will test on CH 17
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the kitchen and put away stock as well as prep specials
Wednesday-Intro-Culinary classes will will make hash browns
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe
Thursday-Intro-Culinary will make fried eggs
Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- clean and prep clean and prep for Friday service- 1/2 day parent teacher conferences
Friday-Intro-Culinary will begin CH 18.1 notes and CW
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
