Monday- Intro-Culinary Classes will do a CW on 18.2 salads
Advanced Classes will clean and prep in the Dragon Cafe.
Tuesday-Intro-Culinary classes will take notes on 18.2
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the kitchen and put away stock as well as prep specials
Wednesday-1/2 day Intro-Culinary classes will watch a short film on cinnoman rolls
Advanced Culinary classes will clean the Dragon Cafe
Thursday-Intro-Culinary will make fried eggs
Advanced-Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- clean and prep clean and prep for Friday service- 1/2 day parent teacher conferences
Friday-Intro-Culinary will begin CH 18.3 notes and CW
Advanced Culinary classes will operate the Dragon Cafe- developing working skills in all aspects of food service and production
